Conference Fees Policy

All conference participants must register for the conference.

The registration fees includes attendance to all sessions, three meals per a day, in addition to staying at a hotel during the conference.

Please be advised : Check in 4th February  after 13:00 Istanbul time zone.

                                   Check out 7th February before 13:00 Istanbul time zone.

 

One registration allowed to one paper presentation. 

In order for your paper to be included in the congress program and in the proceedings, the corresponding registration fee must be paid by the early-bird deadline: 1st Dec 2019.

The conference fees are detailed in the table below. All figures are  given in US Dollar.

Fees Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e‐mail to the

contact@imdc-sdsp.com.

A fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by (as stated in the original receipt) will be given to cancellations received on or before 1 January 2020.

NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after this date.

The refund will be processed only after the conference.

Letter of Invitation

 

Whether you are required to have a Visa or not to travel to Turkey, the letter of invitation provided by the conference organizers may be useful for agents at Ports of Entry to determine that a person is a legitimate visitor that intends to attend the conference.

Per the conference policy, only duly registered participants (authors and attendees) may get an invitation letter.
